Huntington National Bank

Building a groundbreaking onboarding journey for Huntington prospects.

From March 2021 through February 2025, I was an Interaction Designer on the User Experience team at Huntington National Bank. In my time there, I was fully dedicated to the conception and launch of a new to bank application that supports the sales and onboarding of business and commercial banking customers, including prospective customers.

As the lead UX resource and interaction designer on the project, I was responsible for managing the deliverables needed across interaction, visual, and content design areas, in collaboration with multiple Agile development teams. I was also primarily responsible for interaction design artifacts, including flows, information archictecture, and wireframes, both high-level to fully annotated specifications.
